Fuel Tank, Strainer, Lines and Fittings
Inspect the fuel tank, lines and fittings for damage or
leaks. Service the fuel tank by cleaning around the fuel
cap and fuel gage. Drain sediment and water from the
bottom of the fuel tank by opening the drain valve (fig.
42). Clean the fuel strainer; if damaged, report it to
organizational maintenance (fig. 43).
