DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
WATER PUMP, WATER PUMP REGULATORS
REMOVE WATER PUMP (INDUSTRIAL
ENGINE)

1. Remove coolant from the cooling system.
2. Remove four bolts (2).
3. Remove water pump (1) and pointer (3).
INSTALL WATER PUMP (INDUSTRIAL
ENGINE)

1. Inspect the gasket for the water pump. Install a
new gasket if necessary.
2. Put pump in position on the timing gear cover.
Install the bolts and pointer.
3. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the
correct level.
REMOVE WATER TEMPERATURE
REGULATORS (INDUSTRIAL

1. Remove coolant from the cooling system.
2. Remove bolts (1) that hold water temperature
regulator housing (2) in place.
3. Remove water temperature regulators from
timing gear cover.
INSTALL WATER TEMPERATURE
REGULATORS (INDUSTRIAL
ENGINE)

1. Install water temperature regulators (l) into
timing gear cover.
2. Put housing into position on the timing gear
cover and install the bolts that hold it.
3. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the
correct level.
